lifetime hunting replacement license

I have had a lifetime hunting license since I was 18. I looked for the license last year before heading to deer camp. I could not find it anywhere. How and who do I need to contact for a replacement?.

There is a form you can print off of the ODWC web site. I had to do it this last year. You just go to the tab to where you can buy your license and its somewhere on there. I printed the form off, sent it in with $10 and got my license back in about 3 weeks.

I thought so,but I was not sure. I was going to replace since mine still had the S.S. # on the bottom. Lost it first.

Doubtful. Unless things have changed a bunch the last couple of years, the only thing the office in Jenks will do is mail it in for you. You'll still have to wait on the new license to arrive via mail.

I'm glad this question was posted. I keep forgetting to stop by the ODWC office to get a replacement lifetime license. Mine is split and barely legible. According to their website they'll replace it for free if you have your original.
