Are you asking for the maximum number of loaded firearms you are able to carry at one time with a concealed carry license?
Just to be clear, you can't carry a rifle with you (except in the car, different circumstances) using your CHL (concealed handgun license). However, there is no explicit limit on how many handguns you can carry, so long as they are all concealed.
