Hey Guys
I just got a M1 and trying to find some load data for it
I have a few different powers that already have - Varget, IMR 3031, IMR 4064 and some 150 Gr bullets
Any help would be greatly appreciated

A good 100-200 yd accuracy load for a M-1 Garand .30-'06 is 41.0 IMR 4064 and a 150-165 gr bullet. Use a fairly hard primer, such as a Winchester or CCI for safety against a slam fire.

I have been using the Hornady manual with the load data for the Garand. Seems like I tried a150 gr bullet recipe of 46 gr of Varget and it shot well in my Garand. Pretty sure that was almost a max load from that manual. I also advise getting that data before trying any load.

I have been loading for my Garand for a while now. My pet load is 46gr of IMR4895, CCI-34 primers behind 168gr SMK's in milspec brass. Its not a very heavy load but accurate out to 250 yards (longest shot I have access to).
Some quick load data for various bullet weights and powders can be found on Master Po's webpage:
