Major A/c problems

My wife and twin daughters are about to burn up. Our house Will not cool below 85 degrees, not sure what's going on. It's a 2100 sq house and this is the first time I've ever had problems. Can Anyone please recommend somebody that won't kill me in prices to have this looked at and fixed.

I cant do much around around the house with the medical care im on, I just have to hire somebody. I get out from time to time but its never for long.

I'm guessing clogged heat exchanger and or low flow due to needing a recharge. Standard service call plus the cost per/lb for a recharge if needed should do it.

Washing down the coils on the a/c unit with a garden hose will probably help a bunch.
