The time the individual took their last breath is not necessarily the time at which they died. This may sound bizarre but taking into consideration the human body can function for a period of time without oxygen - the human brain reportedly surviving several minutes without it - then it is reasonable to assume that the time of death may not always be accurate.
If I were the family, I'd get a second opinion from an independant Pathologist.
Kinda similar to what happened to my uncle in the rogers county jail. Death by asphyxiation.
I hope this investigation gets handled by an independent agency. This whole scenario smells like Bull ****. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it.
I'd like to be a paralegal on the case -- either side, makes no difference to me -- I just wanna read all the stuff that you need to read before you make a decision as to what actually happened.
This right here. If you are asked to show ID, stop moving, whatever the **nice police officer** asks of you - you better comply. There's been a lot of complying in my part of the state lately, for sure.
