I don't think he can legally use an EO to make an armament or accessory illegal.

Democrat Presidents issues EO's that should not be allowed all the time. Remember when Trump attempted to reverse Obama's order on children of illegal aliens? Courts said he couldn't. Pure politically BS. If one President can issue an order, another should be able to reverse it. Otherwise the first EO should be invalid.
