Mount for attaching Fenix light to AR15

Guys,

I've seen the universal Fenix mount and I saw a very expensive Larue. Was wondering if anyone had any other cheaper suggestions for mounting the Fenix PD35 to an AR15. I'm most likely wanting to attach to the bottom of the quad rail. Thanks,

Standard 1" tube? Pretty much any rail-adapter that will mount a 1" flashlight will work (or 1" scope ring if you're wanting it super cheap).

That magpul one is pretty slick. I'm using one of the Haley Strategic offset mounts (45*) and I love that light position. I like the price on the magpul better than the HS mount too.

I have that Vtac mount for the IR Surefire M1 on my helmet, but I doubt I'd use it for anything else. It's just OK.

I didn't care for it much either on my rifle.

Out of curiosity, what did you guys not like on the VTAC? I've never had any issues with mine, but I take it off when I hunt or do anything that doesn't require it (Mostly because I've got a Surefire G2 converted to LED in mine - which is a heavy light).

Mine had flex. Then I threw it up on a barrier one day and it broke. I've had a lot better luck with the Haley strategic metal mounts.

It's really flexible and just feels really fragile/cheap.
