I've got a cousin with a bachelors in Computer Science that never has got his foot in the door to the IT business because he refused to pay his dues working in "help desk" type position. He does repair on the side and did a PC repair stint with Office Depot. Should I point him your direction or is the lack of experience going to shoot him in the foot?

I can't say any solid numbers or guarantees but I think the lowest paid in that department makes 35k plus benefits - certs and experience raise it
