Need some advice please

Dillon xl650 small powder bar is what i use for small loads. I have not tried Titegroup yet. Just Bullseye.

I use the Lee Powder Measure dippers. Once a found a safe and good load, I would make my own dipper. I didn't like using the auto disks, or auto measuring devices. I found developing loads was gun specific. As for actual load data, I can't help much there, I've never reloaded for 9mm. But always, and I repeat always, take good solid precautions, and practice safety first.
