Anyone know of a nfa firearm trust attorney near okmulgee? If so who? And how long is the process? And does a attorney have to be the one to set it up?
I'm not an attorney, but I do have a trust. You don't need an attorney to set up a NFA trust. But if it makes you feel better then go that way. Mine was set up by my NFA dealer haven't had a problem.
