Amy McTeer, of Nichols Hills, who already is charged in three criminal cases, was arrested early Monday on public intoxication and possession of paraphernalia complaints after telling Guthrie police she was poisoned by a man she met at an Oklahoma City truck stop.

"While riding in the man's truck, she said, “they were smoking out of glass pipes,” and “that he must have slipped something into her pipe” because she “was feeling really funny,”

So she got in a vehicle with a man she didn't know, decided to go to Montana/North Dakota with him, smoked some crack/meth, and then was left at a truck stop. HAHAHA! Natural selection should have run it's course on this one...

If a lawyer has mental and or addiction issues is it ineffective assistance of counsel?
Should clients who had her representation recently have their cases reviewed? How far back should the reviews go?

At least they're going to temporarily suspend her, hope nobody lets her babysit either.

"She was caring for four children when she told police she was under the influence of crystal methamphetamine. She was charged Jan. 5 in Oklahoma County District Court with child endangerment."
