Who makes a good low profile picatinny light mount that takes NO TOOLS to install and also remove the light from?
This Vltor one seems perfect....except the one I tried is just a RCH too big for my Surefire.
Im looking for one that you can remove the mount from gun AND light from mount with no tools.

I have just the regular G2 and it seems like its a 1" body. My plan was to use a QD 1" scope ring if I ever ran across a cheap one. Of course that wouldnt help you remove the ring from the light easily. So I guess Im absolutely no help to you at all. How do you like that light though?

I find lots that will quick release from the rail but are still fully attached to the light. Maybe what i want doesnt exist...I sure wish the one I showed above worked like they say as the concept is perfect its just a few thousandths too big.

As far as the light goes....it goes everywhere with me. I got a G2 from a friend for a gift and it got lost somewhere so upgraded to the G2X LE when I replaced it and I dont have any complaints. At the end of the day I may just get another one and leave it permanently mounted...not what I wanted to do but it'll work I suppose.

I use a surefire light no tools required. It also adjusts larger or smaller by unscrewing.
