If you can find one for your price, the P220. Kind of a long shot but not entirely impossible. I got one for $500 from a good friend and it was near new.
The P90 is a OK gun. Mine rarely comes out of the box anymore. I still wouldn't hesitate to recommend one though, provided it fits your hand and meets your needs.
