there is none for tickets. as cities become more and more cash strapped they are starting to go back and find those offenders and going after them. tulsa and many others have sold the names and all to private debt collectors to go after the debt's.
I had an employee here in Norman get jailed and extradited over a DUI that was dropped in 99 but somehow got refilled bench warrant the whole 9. He didn't have bail money so spent a week in jail before calling me. Then when he got out all charges dropped. I'd be pissed off
BikerHT, when he didn't pay or show up for court an bench warrant was issued for FTA. If you get a FTA, when you do get picked up you can't bond out. You have to go before a Judge. There are no Statute of Limitations on a warrant.
They are trying to come up with as much money as possible in any way possible.

Yes you can bond out. If they have told you an amount for the citation, that is the bond amount if picked up.
There is NO bond for a FTA. You didn't show up the first time, why would they let you bond out and not show up again. You must first see a Judge.
