If they mail it out Bulk Mail, the USPS may or may not mail them promptly. Bulk mail is a discount rate and the mail is held until the work load is slower.
That is one reason the Primer was never on time. You would get the month's issue in the middle of the month, way after some scheduled events took place.
I wouldn't count on receiving the new membership cards promptly.

I've already seen the new badges at the club. Orange/red/pinkish this year. I hope they get here before the 1st.

Got the email, Senior cards mailed yesterday.
Associate cards mailed today.

Yes they do, in the new members orientation they gave us the new gate code and said that it would be out to the members by the 1st of February.
