I shot one in 2004 in Beaver Co. Best tasting deer I've ever eaten!

They can range as far east as Kay county. Its been about 18 years or so, but I took a real nice one South of Braman on private ground. I'd never seen one before in the flesh, and thought it was a non -typical or something. The person at the check station didn't know either, and it was checked as a whitetail. I'll have to get a pic of the rack and get it posted on here.

Yeah, we occasionally see them around my dad's and our homestead. We're just down the road east of you on 47 a bit, from you bigelk.
Big ears....I love watching them hop hop hop. Very good eating.
