Osprey Defense Piston Kits?

only over sized i think. the piston is bigger then the tiny little gas tube and hits as far as i know

Why did you pick the osprey kit over another?

They aren't really over sized just the oval hand guards and they have a extra space cut in them.

The reason I went with the Osprey kit is because I had one and wanted to use it. Very simple to install and the price is pretty good.

I fired 60 rounds as fast as I could and pulled the bolt. It was cold as if never fired. Going to get the pics.

I just modified a Magpul MOE hand guard to work. So you could use that......

i like the idea! it just makes me wonder about the other kits out there, like cmmg or adams, or stag. and yes stag makes lefty ars.

Im about to check out a CMMG piston upper but havent dropped the $ yet so this intrigues me

but, to me, the real question would be can you get it to fit under any free float (YHM)? what's the clearance like there?
