I lost my primary care doc to Obamacare. Anyone involved in passing it can go smoke a turd in hell! :finger:

But... but... but... that's all a right-wing scare tactic, right? No REAL docs are going out of business or scaling back because of cuts, right??? I mean, they're all in it for the love, the money shouldn't make any difference to them at all, right? So if any of them are, then they are obviously just greedy capitalists!

Somewhere out here!
I have pretty damn good insurance, and every year my copays go up and they cover less and less. Fortunately, my wife and I's needs are pretty 'minor' at the moment, but I can't imagine how bad it might actually end up in this country.

A woman from Los Angeles who was a tree hugging, liberal Democrat and an anti-hunter purchased a piece of timberland near Colville , WA . There was a large tree on one of the highest points in the tract. She wanted a good view of the natural splendor of her land so she started to climb the big tree. As she neared the top she encountered a spotted owl that attacked her. In her haste to escape, the woman slid down the tree to the ground and got many splinters in her crotch. In considerable pain, she hurried to a local ER to see a doctor. She told him she was an environmentalist, a Democrat, and an anti-hunter and how she came to get all the splinters.

The doctor listened to her story with great patience and then told her to go wait in the examining room and he would see if he could help her. She sat and waited three hours before the doctor reappeared. The angry woman demanded, "What took you so long?" He smiled and then told her, "Well, I had to get permits from the Environmental Protection Agency, the Forest Service, and the Bureau of Land Management before I could remove old-growth timber from a 'recreational area' so close to a waste treatment facility. I'm sorry, but due to Obama-Care they turned you down."

The liberals around here will be along soon to remind you that Romney-Care would be worse.

My Tricare Prime started getting jacked all around this year. I have a stack of bills after I paid my copays. Crap runs down hill and the care providers are going to take it out of us and not the .gov

My family doctor is from Canada. He relocated to Oklahoma after his FIL died while on a waiting list for surgery. He told me that his FIL would still be alive if he had his heart problem taken care of in America.
He hated the Canadian health care system. He told me that one of the major problems with it, is the doctors know how to scam their system as well as the patients (much like our welfare system), so corruption was evident on both ends of their "wonderful" health care system.
He also told me that Obamacare was going to do nothing but cause problems for patients and doctors, and that anything "free" was going to be costly.
Our politicians who work for us (supposedly) have that "golden" parachute health care and retirement don't need to worry about anyone else's health care.
