I'm thinking I'd like to cook for this ordeal. By cook I mean smoke. Beef and pig. Is there a need?

Offset stick burner, nothing huge but if someone has a bigger one it would be cool. I'm thinking brisket and butts. I can bring my discada disk cooker and burner too. How many mouths usually?
