I feel ya - had plantar fasciitis since January. It lingers......

I ran the 2014 Summer 10K with it, and that made it a lot worse, so sat out next two runs, lesson learned. Still tender in right foot but going anyhow!

My right foot also. I keep running, then afterwards can barely walk. One of us (my foot or me) will surrender eventually, I'm trying to force my will on it to get back in line.
