Blaze BBQ is good, on S Van Buren.
Gotta agree with most of the choices above but would have to add Lot-A-Burger on Willow to the list, Wee Too is a must for breakfast, or hit them up at lunch and get a scnitzle (sp).
A couple of more options, albeit with a qualifier, Both these are either good or meh, but you can see what thing look like before you order.
Chen Gardens in the mall, walk in, look over the buffet before you decide to sit down, I've had mostly good luck with them
Jumbo Foods, the deli in the supermarket at Willow and Cleveland. They have trouble getting good help so you have to watch out, but if the employees are ok, and the chicken fried steaks look good then go for the sandwich. Huge.

Taqueria Escebedo, 213 W. Willow. Real Mexican food, clean place and open from 0600 to 1800. And I second Jumbo Deli!!
