Rd 2 – 3 minutes of 45 seconds each – Burpee + Mountain Climber
Rd 3 – 2 minutes of 30 seconds each – Dumbbell Snatch from floor
Rd 4 – 1 minute of 15 seconds each – Claw
Total of a 10 minute workout
