You talking about Black Kettle? Thats not really "near" Sayre, buts its close.
Pretty much like any WMA, although, little less people than the WMAs around the OKC metro. I have seen big bucks, but I have also come really close to being shot out there.
There is also Sandy Sanders SW of Sayre. What exactly are you hunting?
