Cleaning a handgun at my bench in my garage with dooropen. Someone walking by could fairly eaisly see I had a gun. Is this considered any kind of brandishing?

I'm pretty sure it would NOT be brandishing. Your on your property. You may have a weapon.

Waving it around menacingly would be a different story. That WOULD be brandishing.

NO...that of course unless you are "menacing"

There are no laws/statutes/ordinances in Oklahoma against carrying openly on private property.
