Quonset huts are cool. I'm jealous.
I used a guy named kinchloe from west texas. It's been a while though. The company i purchased the building from recommended him.

Tip i learned from the pro. Dont tighten the bolts until you have all the arches up.
I worked on a cool house using quonset sections in Colorado. We rented a couple days of scissor lift and scaffold. Big help
Loose bolts, a bullpin to align holes, a socket on a bit brace drill were all handy.

Line up pins.
And, knee pads. You're going to spend more time than you think kneeling in the hard, hard ground.
