Ersland screwed the pooch. He shoulda lost the video, and stated he was was a quick reloader. Victim was still trying to fight. He should not have served a day or charged.

Yep, chasing someone down the street in broad daylight with witnesses isn't what I would call a prudent course of action. Especially when you go back to a guy laying on the ground and THEN shoot him again.

Plus, he managed to convince his son to bring in contraband. That man is a walking nutcase.
