A buddy has a Savage falling block in 17 HMR that will not come to full cock, and stay. The hammer will travel all the way back, but ti feels like the sear as broken or a spring has broken. The hammer will not stay in the full cock position. Anyone have any experience with this and advice on how to fix it?? Thanks.
