They came and pulled our meter yesterday with no warning, and never knocked on the door to let my wife know they were doing that.

And before anyone comments that we should have paid the bill, We have ALWAYS been current on our bill and never late, so there is absolutely no excuse for this.

Yes I did, they are supposed to send a tech out today to get it turned back on. They had no clue why they came and took the meter and shut the gas off. Im mostly pissed because our stove and hot water heater are gas so we cant cook or take hot showers until they come turn it back on. Had this been the winter I'd be even more irate.

Im going to contact the BBB about this, there is nothing in ONG's system that would give them a reason to turn off our gas. The customer service lady was completely baffled as to why this happened.

Even if it's an honest mistake, it does make off the grid living look a little more appealing.

Or electric. After watching propane go sky high every winter I finally went totally electric in 2000. Have never regreted it yet.
