I just got off the phone with Ginger at OSBI. There is a new Instructor Guide with a new certificate containing the CLEET seal in the back ground. Contact CLEET and request the new guide.

Hmm, I just got one a few weeks ago. Don't have it in front of me to look, do you know when this one was released/updated?
