Settled on pistol!

Well, after advice from many of you folks and careful deliberation, I snagged a Dan Wesson Bobtail Classic in .45 to kick off my new collection.

Let us know how it goes. Now you have me wanting one. I somehow feal inadequate because my only .45 is a Sig220 in DA/SA. I can't carry it "cocked and locked" and somehow feel less a man for that.

Hmmm....Add that to the list....AR - 1 ea....1911 - 1ea...

I think I may have a problem. Is there a 12 step program for this?

Agreed! Already have another purchase lined up for December.

And yes, I've got all my Christmas shopping done, so I'm in the clear with the wife about pistol #1.

A third purchase in January may be a different story though! Wish me luck.

Well, it was a bit cold for range pics, but here's my CBOB and newly acquired December purchase, as nice Polish TT-33 Tokarev with matching serialized magazine I picked up at the show yesterday to get my new collection in full swing.
