I tried another one of our cox email addresses and it didn't come through either

multiple accounts not allowed - requesting BAN

But I am getting instant email notifications with gmail

My problem is with Cox - and they can't seem to help me..

Any ideas?

did you try your cox e-mail with that account? If it can be isolated to a provider there are things that can be done. I may have a few strings to pull if it is just cox...

so at that point my best suggestion would be for Kelly to contact Cox to see if black listed. This is something they will have to escalate at least twice most likely to find out. If domains aren't black listed then the originating IP may have been flagged for spam. Entirely possible

As it is not just account specific.

I prefer not to get email notifications so no biggie for me, but the time stamp being off is a little annoying, but that's just my OCD.

Agree w/ya^^^^^. I am just glad OSA is up and quicker than in the past.

I gave up with Cox email and their spam filters and just got my own domain.
