Small Claims Court or other remdies. Can I do this?

Wow. I have never sold on ebay - only bought. I have several items I was gonna' put up for sale after the first of the year, but this situation has me re-thinking that idea! Seems like ebay customer support is non-existent for a seller!

Question did the money ever make it to your bank account from PayPal? If so could you not file a dispute with the bank that them pulling the money was fraudulent?

No, it never made it to my bank. I let it sit in paypal too long. I knew better but got busy.
