If you don't want to pick up another J-frame, you might want to have a look at these. SW 3913 8+1 9MM and not much bigger than a J-frame. They for their size are very reliable, and slim

that is one sweet little 9, if it didnt say "lady smith" on the side of it i would have to have one....

Thats not the Lady Smith model, its the standard 3913.

A military friend of mine just emailed me that he got a new Taurus 709 Slim; I haven't looked at them since I have the PF9 but he swears it's just as reliable as his PF9. I don't think I'm going to lay out the funds for one but I trust his judgement on what is good.

+1 for the PF9, I bought it over the taurus 709 & ruger SR9C, the kel tec shoots good with no feeding problems.

I used to carry the Kel-Tec PF9. VERY reliable.

Why even chance an auto 9?
Get a J Frame and forget it...
