Has anyone tried any of the aftermarket devices advertised?
I'm sure most don't work but wondered if anyone had personal experience.

I keep hearing about them. Don't snore but on nights when I've pretty much exhausted from the days work, or a combination of days.
Then it's fire up the chainsaw. Wife moves into the spare bedroom until it's over.
I'd like to find out the same info. Nothing better than snuggling up to something warm and fuzzy......
Wait, thats the dog.....and the little biatch won't give up her space between us. :bah:

AFAIK, most folks mainly snore while sleeping on their back.

Years ago, one home-remedy was to sew a marble in the back of your pajama tops to make lying on your back uncomfortable.

Just a thought. :drunk2:

After almost getting beat to death with a pillow, I'll probably have to sew a bowling ball in there to prevent that from happening again.

Sleep apnea is life threatening and snoring can be the indicator that you have apnea. I'm wearing a very comfortable Dream Wear apnea mask that's actually just a air tube that crosses in front of my nostrils. I can open my mouth, talk (sort of) while wearing it. Glad I had the sleep study done.
