Today I shot my 110 grain bullets loaded with H110. Starting load averaged 2160, mid range load averaged 2234, and max load was 2356. Felt recoil was greater than with the 140 grain bullets, but still not much recoil, just noticeable. The Rossi is a pretty lightweight rifle with a steel buttplate, not sure I'd want to shoot a 460 S&W through one.
After the fourth shot the wind blew my Chrony over, after putting it back up I got a few errors and slow readings. I adjusted on it and it seemed to be pretty normal for the last few shots.
The other day it clocked a couple of my 9mm cast loads at 3300+. I'm gonna choose not to believe that number!
