I bought the wife a ball point pen and it was functional but...if you pulled the cap off you had a stiletto type blade about 5 in long. She carried it past TSA many times until I found out and I stopped that nonsense.

I went to the Walmart next door to where I work today and found this Chinese made Kershaw for $19.97. It's everything I wanted except it takes two hands to unlock the blade and even then it's pretty rough. There's just not enough meat to get your thumb on it and when you do use two hands, it about bends your thumbnail back. Going to take it back.
