Have you tried to trap them?

I know it's fun to shoot them but if they're giving you problems have you tried setting traps? 110 conibears baited with peanut butter set on each tree should reduce their numbers...may not be legal though.

Conibears are a no no in OK for the most part. Hardest part about trapping in them is getting them to the trap, when the trees are full of food, they've really got no reason check out other food.

yes I have Caught a few , Catch more birds than squirrels though. started using live traps an turn the birds loose .
