cowadle if you don’t mind pm me their info. I talked to a few people today and sticker shock is right, but for what my last wooden floor cost 3-4 years ago it’s still bad but when ya gotta have it, ya gotta have it.
I would like their info also pleasei know of a small independent outfit that will remove the old floor and install the new. it isn't free but not that bad either. they specialize in livestock trailers. if you want they will even paint it.
rubber/plastic is best, if you use wood you need about a 1/2 gap between all boards, the gap will pretty much make the floor self cleaning, allow the wood to dry without rotting and add some traction,I am starting to look into a new floor for my stock trailer, hauled some calves to the vet Saturday and they punched through the bottom.
Has anyone ever put in some the rubber flooring? I’m wondering how durable it is and if it has lasted, ease of installation too.
Thanks
