The funny thing is that at some point in time someone has done the things on the list and made a video of it to post online or taken pictures before the internet. Why else would they have the information of things to actually not do. It's kinda like the sign in the corner drug store that says "do not try on condoms" there wouldn't be a sign there unless someone had actually done it.
