Yeppers to the broken glasses from the BB gun...

However, our swings were different. We had 2"X6" board seats. We'd stand on those and start pumping the swing to get up to a certain height, then we'd drop down to sit on the board. Once we got the swing going as high as we could in a forward motion, we'd bail out and FLY!!!!
(Always managed to land on our feet and mimic the paratrooper's tuck and roll.)
Some of our playground equipment at school would scare the pants off of parents today.

Minor injuries were just part of life, and greatly contributed to one's store of common sense.
Well, for most of us anyway. I'm not sure Evel Knievel actually got that memo...
Imma have to report this to authorities.
Guarantee that this would prevent any cowboying. No way a cowboy could use a rope, and unlikely they could get into many places where cow critters go.
