My father in law lives in NPB, FL, he might care. I can't imagine a $12.2M home in NPB though. People spending that kind of money usually either buy on Palm Beach or Jupiter Island.

It must be on the Intracoastal Waterway since the ocean side is Singer Island which is part of Riviera Beach. I could imagine a few areas, most notably near where Jack Nicklaus lives, but only a few.

Hmm. I thought Seminole Landing was part of Juno Beach which is just north of NPB. Maybe I will swing by for a cup of coffee with her.

If you are ever in the area you should stop by and say hello. Here is a map to her new crib. BTW... Seminole Golf Club is historically the most exclusive golf course in the United States. Not sure Tiger will be able to play when he goes to visit the kiddies.
