Trying to replace walk behind trimmer wheels

I have a DR trimmer that I'm trying to use on some pretty rough terrain because it's all I have at the moment.

Trying to see if I can fit some bigger wheels on it with some rubber tires for better traction.

They are 14" wheels but I'm trying to find a wheel that can fit this axle but I know nothing about wheels and axles.

Does anyone know if it's possible? Closest thing I've found are some snow blower wheels but the are 10"

Check the Stens catalogue. That insert with the two flat sides can be removed and moved to a wheel with the same bearing diameter
