In this section:
TITLE 21 § 1272. Unlawful carry
UNLAWFUL CARRY
A. It shall be unlawful for any person to carry upon or about his or her
person, or in a purse or other container belonging to the person, any
pistol, revolver, shotgun or rifle whether loaded or unloaded or any
dagger, bowie knife, dirk knife, switchblade knife, spring-type knife,
sword cane, knife having a blade which opens automatically by hand
pressure applied to a button, spring, or other device in the handle of the
knife, blackjack, loaded cane, billy, hand chain, metal knuckles, or any
other offensive weapon, whether such weapon be concealed or
unconcealed, except this section shall not prohibit
Since my spring loaded knife is illegal to carry...Is it legal to conceal and carry with a Conceal Weapons License?

My second question is: I can't really find in the SDA book what the fine could be for carrying in a business where a "No Gun Sign" is posted. I see the fine for Unlawful Carry in Certain Places that are stated, but not small business like 7-11's..Please give me the SDA Book Reference.

Pretty sure you cant carry your auto knife even with the license unless CLEET or Militart. As far as the fine for carrying in places posted its misdeamenor trespassing IF they catch you and ask you to leave, and you dont leave at their request. So whatever the fine for trespassing is.

I have a Kershaw and a SOG. I haven't looked inside the Kershaw but it feels more like a CAM system. I think the SOG has a spring.

Any references the Tresspassing fines? Are they in the SDA Book?

My spring/cam assisted knives are not activated by a button in the handle.

Law doesn't say anything about applying pressure indirectly.

I think we could probably go back and forth on this forever.
All I know is I'm comfortable carrying my pocket knife.
If you have any question or are the least bit uncomfortable with a spring or cam assist, you probably shouldn't carry one.
