Try this. Put your thumb and index finger across the bottom of your nose while your doing a big ole smile. Relax the smile. Notice how the width of the nose at the bottom decreases.
Wrinkles on forehead? It's because in the pic on the right he has his eyes forced wide open while on the left they are in a more relaxed open position. Again - try it yourself. Force your eyes open as wide as possible. It moves the skin on your forehead above the bridge of your nose. Makes wrinkles.
Eye color. The color saturation for the pic on the left is way too low to do a comparison.
Ears - the pic angles are different enough and the camera distance is enough closer on the right and with hair covering the upper part of the ears on the left pic it is impossible to say that the ears are different.
