Nothing says redneck like when you weld up some stuff that's laying around in the yard anyway, and you call it a bug out truck. I personally like the mini van.

I’ve seen several of the Mercedes 4x4 van conversions that look like bug out vehicles, and if I was going to get something like that, I think I’d go that route.

My in-laws have one, it's pretty nice. Plus you can use it for regular car stuff in a pinch.
