Muslims, who come to America for freedom and a better life shout "Death to America."

Don’t get out or make any stops
If they want death to America, we should just pop them where they stand. They will be happy then.

When they shout "death to America ", they mean death by THEIR HANDS!! I can promise you we will be be fighting them in our own streets soon.

What am I missing here?
1) All military personnel – both active duty and veterans – and all law-enforcement officers have sworn a personal oath (on our individual integrity and honor) to protect this country from "all enemies, foreign and domestic." That oath has no expiration date or "sunset clause," for any of us.
2) Any human being who advocates the death (cessation, destruction, etc.) of this Constitutional Republic known as America – including advocating its transformation into a socialist regime – is by any definition the EXACT "domestic enemy" that is covered by our oath. The Muslim "protesters" who currently chant “Death to America” in the southern Michigan area certainly fall directly into that category.
So, why have these anti-patriots not already been arrested?
[Over the last two centuries, the US Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that this type of destructive advocacy is NOT 'protected speech' under the Constitution or its amendments (including the Bill of Rights).]

They are just a likely to actually attempt that statement as are those shouting FJB. Just folks exercising their right to say stupid things.
