Short carbine:
TC contender w/10" barrel in 30 Herrett with 7" vented extension threaded and pinned wearing custom shaped and inletted forearm from spalted sycamore and custom thumbhole stock from burly maple. I like working with wood.
Slow factory twist of 1:14"... the velocity of heavy projectiles seems to be the crux.
... still awaiting range time to determine feasibility of 8208 loads.
