Not seeing that...
I believe that it is a Caracal ,they are native to Africa ,middle east,central Asia, and India. Someone could have had it as a exotic pet.

I know this is an old thread but its 2 bobcats. One going to the left which is obvious and the other has its head down in the grass going right that looks like a tail. Notice the tan back lines and the lighter colored hair on the obvious one is up near the neck. The other one with its head down, the light colored hair is up near its neck also.
