Wes Watkins Reservoir new fees?

Folks,
I had heard that the access fees for Wes Watkins had been sharply reduced. Can anybody tell me what they are now?. As that lake is fairly close, I would like to every now and then head that way to wet a hook.

Daily rate with/without boat?
Do they have a yearly pass?

They have. Don't know all the details but the City of McLoud now manages it. You should be able to get all the info from them. I do know they no longer have an entrance fee.
