The smaller of the two...

Squash, zucchini, asparagus and portobellos. Liberally coated with a mixture of fresh garlic, robusto Italian dressing, some salt, Old Bay seasoning and red pepper flakes.

Then foiled up and thrown on the gas grill at about 200F for an hour or so.

Yummy...

Next up... the main course!

No one biting yet, eh?

Ok, last pic.... the object of the whole exercise. :D

Woot, woot! Pork ribs, marinated in Caribbean jerk seasoning with freshly-squeezed orange and lemon juice added. :D

Tender as all get-out, sweet and just a little bit spicy! Not enough spice for me, unfortunately, or the Caribbean-native wife, but hey, it's a commercial marinade. Made for the masses who can't handle the real deal. Good flavor, but very little heat. Next time I'll add some cayenne and red pepper to the marinade.

Off to eat!
